WHERE TO BEGIN?
Learn about the 7 Pillars of Inclusion The pillars provide sporting clubs with a starting point to address diversity and inclusion. They can assist in identifying strengths and weaknesses, and help you understand what is required to build an inclusive culture at your club. |
The resources are divided into five areas; Leadership, Policies & Practice, Facilities & Access, Participaiton, and Keeping it Going. In each area there are resources specific to different underrepresented groups in sport. |
Here you'll find a variety of tips, tools, resources, and templates to improve your understanding and processes. A Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion self-assessment module is also available via their 'Game Plan' program. |
