The Victorian Performance Pathway (VPP) Draft Camp Day aims to provide school age athletes between Y10 -12 with a learning and testing opportunity delivered by the VIS and other Elite stakeholders. Along the way, we might see if you are, or have the potential to be, one of Victoria's best rowers.
It is important we have some of your details so the session caters to athletes and VPP needs.
The draft day camp content is likely to include the following:
Morning:
1km Sub-Max Ergo - 24 rating cap (with Video)
20 Second Max Power Ergo Test
Anthropometric Measuring
Education Session
