These Notes form part of the Notice of annual general meeting.

Right to attend and vote
The only persons eligible to attend and vote at the 2022 Annual General Meeting are the Members, pursuant to rule 14.1 of the Association's Rules.

Invitation to non-members
Persons who are not Members are invited to attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting and may submit questions in writing to the Secretary by sending an email to bcarlile@stcatherines.net.au not later than 5.00pm, 3rd October 2022, subject to the ultimate discretion of the Chairperson to conduct the meeting in an orderly and appropriate manner.

Registration
Persons wishing to attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting must register their attendance by using the link provided by Rowing Victoria not later than 5.00pm, 3rd October 2022

Committee Member Nominations
Nominations for committee positions are to be made using the attached nomination form. Forms must be received by the Secretary via email at bcarlile@stcatherines.net.au at least 7 days before the commencement of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

Appointment of proxies
Each member entitled to vote at the 2022 Annual General Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
A proxy need not be a member of Association.

Lodgement of proxy documents
For an appointment of a proxy for the meeting to be effective the proxy's appointment must be received by the Secretary via email at bcarlile@stcatherines.net.au at least 24 hours before the commencement of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
