Sport Integrity Australia - National Integrity Framework Training and Forum

Meeting Link Session 2

Further to the National Integrity Framework training sessions delivered to Clubs late last year, Rowing Victoria now invites your Club Committee members and Member Protection Information Officers to attend an online follow-up training session about important changes to Rowing Australia (RA) integrity, disciplinary and grievance policies.

In this session, Clubs will learn about the updated process for managing poor behaviour and interpersonal conflict under the following policies.  

•            National Integrity Framework

•            Code of Conduct 

•            Personal Grievances Policy

Clubs will benefit from practical guidance (including case studies and common pitfalls to avoid) and understanding the support available from the RA National Integrity Manager.

We kindly request that at least one key representative (eg President/Vice-President/Secretary) and/or relevant official (eg Member Protection Information Officer) attends on behalf of your Club, however, we strongly encourage multiple representatives to attend if possible.
