Rowing Victoria is seeking a volunteer Victorian Head Coach to provide leadership and expertise that will assist in winning the Rowing Australia Cup at the Interstate Regatta.

1. In consultation and collaboration with the Victorian Crew Coaches, set the technical model and training load we will prescribe for Victorian Crews

Continual progression and improvement of athletes performance against agreed targets

2. Provide leadership with regards to advanced technical coaching of all club coaches

Regular coaching seesions conducted with athletes as well as coaches of crews

3. Organise and direct coaches through group training & monitoring sessions

Activities are completed according to the Event Requirements

4. Ensure all coaches provide feedback to all nominated athletes
