One of the most common requests we get, and judging by the pages you visit on our site, is “How do we raise MORE MONEY at our club?” In response the team at Sports Community, with the help of experts in the field, have put together a series of 3 webinars to help your club raise valuable funds.
For your convenience there are 2 separate booking opportunities to cater for different time and date availability.
Webinar Sessions in detail
Session 1: Fundamentals of fundraising
In this webinar, we will be demonstrating how to create a successful fundraising environment at your club including:
– Exploring all the different fundraising options available
– How to use social media and traditional communication tools in your fundraising
– How to build a sense of belonging with your club community and why it is key to successful fundraising
– Understanding who makes up your potential fundraising audience – past players, current members, sponsors and so on
– Growing your fundraising audience
Session 2: 20 Different fundraising ideas
In this webinar, the Sports Community team will demonstrate 20 ways to raise cash quickly and easily for your club. Tried and true methods that clubs can use when they are in need of a cash injection.
Using examples of how these methods have been used in the past and by others, we will show you how to best utilise these methods to add to your club’s revenue profitably.
Session 3: How to create an event that will raise 10k or over for your club
Running an event is a great way to raise funds at your club but many clubs avoid doing so due to the perceived difficulty and rely on traditional events such as raffles, sausage sizzles and trivia nights for the bulk of their fundraising efforts.
By doing this, clubs miss the opportunity to raise significant funds and in this webinar we will show you the many different types of events the community clubs could run to raise significant cash return and how to plan, manage and run the event in a successful manner using a volunteer workforce.
