Club Athletes aged 18 – 30, School and Club Coaches and Parents.

Presenting - Elaine Bo (VIS Nutritionist) 

How much do rowers eat?! The quality and quantity of food you put into your body has a big influence on how well you row, and the power you can generate through the oars.

Come along to the nutrition session to learn about the types of foods that help the body perform well, recover from training, whilst helping you grow and stay healthy. Walk away (or row away!) with some practical ideas on meal and snack suggestions for before and after training.
