Para-rowing provides athletes with a physical, vision or intellectual impairment the opportunity to be active on the water with the support of a coach. 

We invite ALL coaches, irrespective of experience, to express interest in providing coaching support to para-athletes.  This is not a commitment to coach but an expression of interest in finding out more about coaching para-rowers.  

Currently, Victoria has only a very small number of para-rowers but this number is likely to grow with coaching support.  Rowing Victoria would like to see all individuals have the opportunity to enjoy the sport of rowing.

Para-athletes have the opportunity to compete domestically in RV Regattas, State Championships and National Championships. Also, internationally, including World Championships and Paralympic Games.
