The VPP Draft Camp Day aims to provide school age athletes between Y10 -12 with a learning and testing opportunity delivered by the VIS and other Elite stakeholders.
It is important we have some of your details so the session caters to athletes and VPP needs.
The draft day camp content is not yet confirmed but likely to include the following
Morning:
1km Ergo sub 24 spm rating capped (with Video)
20sec Max Power test
Interview
Education session
