Notice to River Users - September 5 2018

Good afternoon all,
Please find attached the latest NTRU for the Yarra River, Maribyrnong River and Victoria Harbour, an updated NTRU for critical works at Cremorne Rail Bridge occurring this Friday, and a pontoon set up and transit NTRU.
Key points of note:
- Thursday 6 September and Friday 7 September between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm pontoons will be unloaded into the river from the southern bank of the river between the VRA Landing and Princes Bridge. The pontoons will be transited in sections no greater than 6 metres in length and will be moored to the northern bank of the river alongside Flinders Walk. Yellow water communication buoys will be in place for the duration of the works. Please note that the pontoons will remain in place alongside Flinders Walk until 30 April 2019.
- Friday 7 September 2018 a full closure will occur from the hours of 1200 to 1330, Parks Victoria vessels will be on site managing the closure and all river traffic.
- Sunday 9 September filming will be occurring from the upstream end of VRA Landing to Swan St Bridge with river traffic being managed by Parks Victoria, there may be waiting periods for some vessels during this time.
