Victorian State Championships – CONGRATULATIONS & THANKS
Rowing Victoria wishes to thank all athletes, coaches, officials, spectators, vendors, volunteers and staff for contributing to a fantastic State Championships at Nagambie last weekend. The weather and conditions were pretty good as well!
As spectators, you voted with your feet with record numbers attending over both days and adhering to the COVIDSafe practices; so thank-you.
Our athletes and clubs performed extremely well with some great results across the board with wonderful examples of sportsmanship on display.
But the biggest thanks to our Umpires and volunteers whom without your tireless assistance, the regatta would not have been possible.
Finally, and there will be more to come, but congratulations to those who, as part of their selection requirements, rowed their way into the Victorian Team which will be competing at Lake Barrington at the end of the month. Row Hard, row well!
